My experience working with Vijay was phenomenal. He called me and talked to me on the phone for over an hour to explain the ring buying process and what to look for and shop for. My ring came in well under budget and it came out absolutely beautiful. When I told him my requirements for a diamond, he sent me a message at 1:30 am that same day and sent me what he found and it was amazing at a ridiculously good price! He was super flexible on the design and it came out exactly the way I wanted it. Needless to say, my fiancé was floored!

I’ve been doing business with Vijay for ten years now. First with a wedding ring, bracelet, pendant and baby diamond earrings. Most recently, I decided to order bigger diamond earrings for my wife’s birthday and another set of baby diamond earrings for baby #2.

Customer service is second to none. Such a personal one on one experience and the quality vs pricing is spectacular. I admit it is a very high end jewelry store and certainly not a 50 percent discount Maceys product. If you really want the personal jeweler to customize your product and someone who takes pride and works the highest quality to your budget this is your guy.

What a great company and easy buying experience! They sent a sample ring and ring sizer just to be sure it was the right fit and looked well with my wedding set. When I realized it was too wide for my bands and decided to reconsider and cancel, they were helpful and patient when I returned the sample. Honest people selling lovely jewelry and I definitely recommend them.

For many expensive products we don't mind sending sample out, we do send samples after the order, not before so no confusion there, only if you like what you see in sample we make it, as all our products are custom made in New York City.

Yes so when we ship we send it via fedex depending on the value of the order, double pack it and send a nice gift jewelry box with a jewelry bag too, glad it reached in time and safely as we take insurance with signature required to make sure you get it.
