First of all, it was was a sincere pleasure working with Vijay on a wedding ring for my wife. He was clearly more interested in achieving mutual happiness than in making a profit. The quality of the ring and the accuracy of the finished product to the design were absolutely remarkable. The ring looks way more expensive than what was actually paid. Needless to say, my wife was extremely pleased with the ring that was made especially for her & thanks to Vijay, she now has a new part-time job; fielding comments and questions all day long about her gorgeous ring!! .....GREAT JOB TRI JEWELS!

Best 20th Wedding Anniversary present ever!

A couple of months ago I ordered an emerald and diamond ring. Let me tell you I was a little nervous spending that kind of money for something I couldn't see in person. My husband was adamant that if he was going to spend that kind of money he wanted an appraisal as well. After a lot of digging through jewelry websites Trijewels was the only one I could find with anything like that. I talked to Vijay over the phone before they shipped my ring out. And needless to say I asked him a lot of questions. And he answered every single one without any hesitation. He put a lot of my fears to rest after that phone call. Finally the day arrived when my ring showed up. Everybody had to come running in when I opened the package. Let me tell you it is the most gorgeous emerald ring I have ever seen!!! Thank you so much for making my 20th wedding anniversary present so beautiful!!!! I LOVE MY EMERALD!!!
