Excellent work and attention to detail. I called and he spoke directly with me and I let him know what I wanted and he delivered with no problems. He kept us up to date on the rings progress and when ever we called about the status he was always kind and polite and had the info. Now we're buying 2 more items and I will be recommending him to everyone that wants or thinks about jewelry.

Buying an engagement with TriJewels was a low stress and enjoyable experience. Vijay, the owner, took the time to educate me on ring materials and style as well as diamond cuts and grading. When I described what I had in mind, Vijay presented me with an concept that met all my expectations. In the matter of a few days Vijay had the ring ready. I wanted to but a new ring and I contacted Vijay Bhatia. Vijay has a tremendous amount of knowledge about his trade and I found it refreshing to meet a seller who was so willing to share his knowledge. It was like learning about it from the Master. Vijay was extremely helpful, gave me valuable advice on picking the right colour, clarity, cut, carat and setting.

I appreciated not being pushed into buying what a seller wants to sell you, if anything Vijay ensured I was making the right choices for me with helpful tips all along.

Once I had decided on the diamond and design he kept in touch with me every step of the way right down to showing me the mould when it was created.

I received my ring and it was quite spectacular! I am simply delighted with the end product and have tremendous respect for Vijay's approach and making this a marvellous experience for this purchase. I recommend him all day long, you won't find better customer care elsewhere. Thank you Vijay!!!

I worked with Vijay personally so he can find me the perfect radiant stone for the right price. I wasn't out the city yet and he called back with great news. He found the exact diamond, weight, color, clarity and certification I needed. my fiance was ecstatic about the ring and not to mention the amazing huge rock to close the deal. He is honest and looks for his clients better interest. I will be coming to him again. The best service I've received from anyone in the diamond industry. He has my business for life.

Great experience. We went to many stores and spoke with many jewelry experts, but none of them are as friendly or as experienced as TriJewels, especially Vijay Bhatia. He helped us narrowing the diamond that best matched our needs. Price was great, most importantly the experience of buying was a pleasure. I would definitely go back to TriJewels for next my purchase.
