LOVE my ring

I am so impressed with this company and the owner, Vijay! Incredible value, I was shopping around for a sapphire diamond ring and trijewels had the best value and quality. Vijay took the time to talk to me about cuts and colors of sapphires; he even texted me photos of the sapphires to ensure I liked the color. He got my ring done quickly so I would have it for my 10 year anniversary. I will only buy my jewelry here from now on!

I spent a lot of time looking for the right online jeweler - I found trijewels.com after 20 or more different hits. The selection, prices and resulting quality could not have been better (even their site is better than 99% of other competitors). Vijay contacted me immediately after I placed the order and I was sure that I made the choice. The ring showed up yesterday and my wife decided that Christmas should come early and frankly, I was just as anxious to see how it turned out. Not being much on reactions (usually) - her response was undeniable: she loves it!

I dealt with Vijay on a special ring using princess cut sapphires and diamonds that was based on a piece of costume jewelry I already owned. The resulting product with better than I could have imagined and I absolutely love it! I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Gorgeous Ring & Excellent Customer Service

I could not be happier with this ring! After finding this ring pinned on Pinterest and having our jeweler in Houston tell us he did not want to make it for us (after having made my engagement, wedding, and eternity band with my daughter's birthstone because "emeralds were too hard to work with"), I contacted Trijewels directly, but was hesitant to buy good jewelry over the internet. I could not have been happier with the service either. I got a phone call the same day and was sent samples in the mail to try on to make sure this style and size would match my other rings. The millgrain setting is gorgeous and looks identical to my much more expensive, custom made rings. I am also a half size, and he worked with me on that too. Do not hesitate to buy from here!

I'm very pleased with my custom single shared prong diamond eternity band. The craftsmanship is superb at an amazing price. I was nervous about purchasing the ring on-line, but the ring came out better than I'd envisioned thanks to the very patient Vijay. Vijay provided exceptional customer service and very attentive. I ordered my wife a ring for Mother's day although I was a little late in placing the order. The company called to point out that they would not be able to make and deliver the ring by mother's day (which was fine). They also suggested that they send a ring sizer so that my wife could guarantee the correct size of the ring which we took advantage of. They were very easy to work with and clearly had the customers best interest in mind. Would definitely come back for my next jewelry purchase.
