I went to Vijay to help create a cross pendant for my mother's birthday. I wanted to use diamonds, and her birthstone sapphire. I met with Vijay initially to help decide on the size of the pendant. He was very warm and helpful! He created the pendant promptly, and I as well as my mother were very pleased with the outcome ! The pendant is daintyl and beautiful ! I will not hesitate to do business with him in the future. Thank you Vijay !

The cross pendant is as expected. However, the
chain that comes with it is too flimsy and the catch
is too small for older adults. Hindsight would be to order pendant ONLY and select a more desirable chain
seperately. That is why the 4 stars instead of 5.

My girlfriend's friend received the item for me as she is going to gift wrap it for her birthday and she said it looks absolutely gorgeous! Great Company to do business with!

First off, I loved the website. It was very easy to navigate and the pictures were so detailed as to what you would be getting. We ordered a cross for my daughters baptism gift. The quality and diamonds are beautiful. It's nice you get an appraisal with your purchase. The appraiser is GIA accredited. I worked with Vijay for my order and he was very helpful whenever I had any questions regarding my order. He was very quick to email me back with answers to my questions. I can say that is huge when it comes to customer service. There are not a lot of businesses who are good with customer service. I give this company an A+ when it comes to that as well. I had an issue with the post office when receiving my package. I called Trijewels just to give them a heads up that I hadn't received my package. Vijay assured me that if there was a problem they would re ship one out to me. Luckily, package was found and I was able to receive my cross in time for my daughters baptism. I will forsure be recommending Trijewels to my friends and family!

Vijay is a true professional when it comes to selecting jewery. I have purchase earrings and a ring before and received exceptional service. This time I contacted Vijay about a cross and can he help me. He said he could and emailed me sample of cross designs about a 150 to look at. I selected a design and he came back with suggestions that made me change mind even though the design would have cost more then double the design I finally selected. My second choice he liked and we agreed to move forward with the cross. Vijay kept me informed of the process from making the mold, casting, polishing and finish. He sent me pictures of every step. My wife really loved this cross.
Dealing with a professional like Vijay is better then dealing with a sales person over counter at a big box store who know little or nothing about the jewery except what she/he reads on the tag.. Another plus is you don't have to pay for the the stores display counters and fancy lighting and other ovehead items.
