I am happy I found trijewels! My fiancé loves her ring. Vijay, the owner, is very personable and will keep in touch to make sure you get what you want. I don't know of any jewelry store with that type of customer service. The ring came really quick and I am very satisfied with doing business with trijewels. Vijay is making my ring at the moment and I have no doubt it will exceed my expectations.

Truth be told, we had some issues with the ring, but ViJay consistently worked and communicated with us. His continual reassurance allowed us to never once feel as if we were "taken." Ultimately, we received a newly constructed ring and are now 100% satisfied!
