World class experience! I ordered an engagement ring, and the website was clear that it wouldn’t be delivered until a few days after I planned on proposing. I was ok with this, and planned on just giving the ring to my fiancé when it arrived. However, Vijay reached out to me directly and unprompted, asking if I was sure I wanted a size 8. I measured, but had actually measured incorrectly and he was able to update to a size 7. Since I was talking to him, I asked if they were able to get the ring to me the day before I planned on proposing. He said he’d try, but I had no expectations. Sure enough, I got it the day before, and it was beautiful. Very proactive customer service and a wonderful experience. You don’t find that often. Highly recommend this company, and huge thank you/shout out to Vijay. Thank you!!

Perfect. I searched and searched for a specific design and was not happy. I almost pulled the trigger on another site before I found Trijewel. Was amazed at the quality and price that was available. Excellent work and attention to detail. I called and he spoke directly with me and I let him know what I wanted and he delivered with no problems. He kept us up to date on the rings progress and when ever we called about the status he was always kind and polite and had the info. After 4 years of wearing this ring, the prongs holding the stone in became loose. Now it’s too dangerous to wear as the prongs are sharp and have cut me already too many times.

I came across trijewels.com while searching the internet for a gift idea. At first I was skeptical as I had never bought fine jewelry online before. Trijewels and Vijay are awesome. Exceptional customer service for an exceptional product. I purchased a black diamond ring for my girlfriend and when it got here it blew me away. Its beautiful.
