I'm a new customer not only to Trijewels but a new customer to the whole experience to purchasing a diamond. I'm a very specific detail person when it comes to things I don't know. I become weary of anything I don't understand. My Jeweler Vijay stayed patient and understanding with me through the whole spectacular experience. He calmed me down and bought me back to the real purpose of why we was here. I learned more about diamonds from him in a couple of weeks than I learned in my lifetime. Now I walk around talking to my freinds like I'm a Jeweler myself. Vijay gave me more than a beautiful 💍. He gave me his time, commitment, attention and his true professionalism in customer service. Vijay is very knowledgeable!! I purchased my fiancé's ring from him.
