Ordered the 7 stone white sapphire anniversary band, super fast shipping, the ring was GORGEOUS! However, it just didn't look right with my wedding ring. Asked if I could return it and order the 10 stone ring. I received an immediate response. After Vijay received the original purchase in the mail, he emailed me pictures of other sizes next to the one that I originally purchased so I could get a better idea of size. I picked the ring that I liked and he also gave me the 15% sale price that was no longer in effect. Again, 2nd ring was sent out with super fast shipping. He even offered me to pay the difference AFTER I received it to make sure it was what I wanted. Great customer service!! You can tell that Vijay and Trijewels truly wants the customer to be happy!

I called Vijay in hopes that he would be able to create me a wedding band to match my engagement ring within a reasonable price. I had looked everywhere online and in stores and had come up with nothing. I had pink sapphires placed in my engagement ring so I wanted pick sapphires in my wedding band. I also have a small ring size which sometimes causes a problem. Vijay made me a wedding band with pink sapphires and diamonds in the exact size I needed. The ring is beautiful! He done a wonderful job matching my engagement ring with the wedding band. He worked extremely hard to make me exactly want I wanted. Great customer service...... I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I purchased an anniversary ring with Vijay back in December and the experience was great. He asks questions to ensure you get the type of ring that meets your budget but still provides quality to the buyer. As a result of that first purchase, my wife wanted her older rings redone. Vijay again took time to determine what we really wanted and then offered options that no other jeweler would have done. We got exactly what we needed at a great price. It is rare to find a vendor that is more concerned with customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Thanks for proving that good people still exist in this cut throat world we live in.

Hi I originally ordered two black diamond stacking rings from TriJewels.. Once the rings arrived I realized that I wanted bigger ones. I sent an email and Vijay emailed me back and called also to explain my return options and how he will find the right size for me. He even went to the trouble of taking pictures of different rings on his finger to show comparative size differences in the stones. The refund was very quickgetting back into my account and after a few more emails and pictures I replaced my order. Shipping was fast and I am very, very, pleased with the way the Vijay handles his business and customer service. The rings look great and I would/will use TriJewels again. Great transaction and great customer service.Thank you Vijay and all involved.

I usually don't write reviews but with my experience I felt I had to. I spent over six months trying to find a design for a ring I was building to be handed down to my granddaughter. With that being said it had to be perfect to what I had visioned it to be. After endless searching I was blessed to come across Vijay. I had NEVER purchased anything on line before and was terrified of what could happen. Over the next few weeks working with Vijay I experienced what service excellence was.
