Perfect customer experience from a trustful and engaged jeweler

I had a very clear idea of what I wanted to offer my wife for our wedding and already had a bad previous experience with a competitor so I was very skeptic even if a colleague of mine had warmly recommended Trijewels. And today, I'm very happy to leave this feedback because they went beyond my expectations in creating from scratch the ring I had in mind. Indeed, first, I was reassured to know they had a 30 years experience, than that they were using 3D software to show me what it would look like, than a wax so I could visualize with the diamonds he had casted for me, and finally, the fact that he preferred me to wait an extra day just to be sure I had something that was perfect. And then, a ring that was even better that I had imagined it. Oh, and forgot about the price that was very fair. Thanks again for making my wife happy!

The ring was even more stunning than we expected. From the execution of detail to the above-advertised quality of the stones and setting, we are beyond impressed. Lovely, unique wedding band

We selected this to compliment my 2 ct round diamond solitaire engagement ring. The ring is dainty and fits up nicely with the other band without adding bulk. The emeralds I received are a little lighter than the ones pictured but color will vary with a natural material. I love it!

Better than I imagined!!

Everything about my experience with trijewels was stellar! I was in love with this ring for sentimental reasons, and trijewels did everything they could to make sure my ring arrived exactly as I wanted, quickly. I used the online chat several times, and each time the individuals I spoke to were extremely helpful. Once I ordered my ring, I realized I needed to go one size up. Without hesitation or frustration, they quickly changed this detail on my order. It arrived in less than a week from the time I purchased it, and I couldn't be more happy! The peridot is a beautiful light green, MUCH MUCH better than the pictures online. It's more beautiful that I imagined! 100% will be doing business with trijewels again and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful piece!
