Over the past few years, I've been a loyal customer of TriJewels. Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a custom ring, designed from scratch, with the expert assistance of Vijay—a first-time experience for me.

I wish outstandingly run businesses like TriJewels and owners like Vijay were the norm instead of the exception. I've been consistently impressed with TriJewels' website, which is incredibly detailed and informative. It allows customers to visualize how a piece will look by showcasing different options for metal, stone, and colors. The professionalism of the staff is also noteworthy; they are respectful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Vijay, in particular, stands out for his personal touch. He not only provides excellent customer service but also takes the time to speak to you as a person, not just as a customer.

I highly recommend TriJewels and you don't have to rely on this review - if you have a question write to TriJewels and you can get a personal response to your own questions just like I did when trying to figure out if I could actually be happy with a custom designed ring.

Trijewels goes above and beyond!

I ordered a ruby eternity ring to celebrate a big birthday. The ring arrived quickly and it was gorgeous. However, the height of the band was too high to fit under my engagement ring. Vijay quickly sent me two other samples to try. When those did not work, he said, "I like a good challenge." We measured my existing eternity wedding band and he was able to make a 3D printed ring with the measurements. He sent this along to me and it was a perfect match to my existing eternity wedding band. Trijewels waited until I returned from vacation to send the finish product and it is absolutely perfect! Trijewels are responsive and have great communication. They go above and beyond to make sure that what you take home is exactly what you want. The prices are extremely competitive and better than I have seen anywhere online. We will definitely be shopping here for all of our jewelry needs. And hopefully, the prototype that we designed may end up being an eternity band they sell on their site. It fits perfectly under an engagement ring without compromising on stone size.
