Great service. Beautiful ring!

I worked with Vijay to build a sapphire and diamond eternity band in 18K white gold. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including having my mom and me in his office to look at options. Once we decided on the style, I also came in to view the stones before everything was set. He always responded quickly to any inquiries I had about the ring, returns, resizing, etc. All in all, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend, and am likely to return sooner rather than later to TriJewels for a ruby and diamond ring to join my first one :)

Amazing wedding band

I could not love this wedding band more! It is beautiful and people have asked me where I found something so unique. Trijewels was amazing in that they resized the ring for me so it would fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I will definitely be coming back for all my jewelry in the future, thanks TriJewels!

I wanted an eternity ring in my daughter's birthstone as she had passed away recently. I ordered the London Blue Topaz eternity ring. Minutes after I placed my order I received a call from Vijay, who wanted to ask a few questions in order to get my order just as I wanted. He sent me samples to try on and within days we had the order finalized. He even went to the trouble to wait for a new shipment of stones to arrive so that he could select the most perfect ones for my ring. And now he has designed a set of earrings to honor my daughter, whose name was Taylor. I will never look for another jeweler. The customer service from order to delivery was the best I've ever received.

Great Customer Service and Quality Product

I don't usually leave product reviews but I want to share how great my experience was with Trijewels. I found them on Amazon and decided to purchase with them directly after I saw all of their positive reviews. The customer service is absolutely excellent! I was not sure of my ring size and I spoke with Prina several times throughout the process and she was so patient with me and helpful. I absolutely love my ring and look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Also, I loved that my ring was casted especially for me and that it was not something just sitting there. It just made me feel extra special!!

See photo: bought garnet infinity band to wear with Grandma's old garnet ring. Fabulous look! Purchased a year ago, wore 3 times and a stone fell out. Bummer! Put ring aside as I got busy moving to Hawaii. I fully expected a stone replacement fee as it has been a year and there was none. I even offered to pay postage back to HI-VJ said, "don't worry about it." I promised to be his BEST spokesperson here in Hawaii!!!!
