Three years ago my wife and I were getting ready to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and I had waited too late to get the perfect gift. I was looking for a nice piece of jewelry, in particular a ring. Everywhere I looked I could not get it in time. I found Tri Jewels online. I must admit I was a little bit skeptical about buying a fine piece of jewelry on the internet. I ended up making contact with the owner, VJ, and he completely eased my worries and got me the ring in about three weeks just in time for the anniversary trip. I gave her the ring right after we boarded a plane for our trip to Costa Rica. It turned out to be a little bit too small and when I got home I sent it back to him. He
immediately made the adjustment and got the correct size back to me. A few weeks ago my wife said she would like to have a matching ring. I contacted VJ. He immediately pulled my file told me exactly what to buy and gave me even a better price this time. He's great and I encourage anyone and everyone to give him some business. It is tough times in New York right now. Buy your wife something nice for Christmas.

Love my ring! Vijay was so polite and courteous. Very thorough in the questions he asked pertaining to the style and size. Sample rings of various sizes were sent to us to examine. Vijay was so helpful with my order. I just LOVE my new ring, the Ashlyn 2.30 mm Ruby Eternity Band. The rubies are much larger than I had expected (I thought it might be smaller!) They are exquisitely bezel set; the ring is flawless and beautifully crafted. It was a pleasure doing business with TriJewels. I will surely be a repeat customer! Vijay did a great job making my wife's wedding band (2.50 mm Princess Cut Black and White Diamond Eternity Band). He was very thorough in making sure the shape would sit perfectly with her engagement ring. He stayed in constant communication during design and fabrication. I highly recommend his work.

My husband ordered me two rings to encourage me during my battle with cancer. The rings arrived. Beautiful stones but the settings were too high for my small hands. Vijay was wonderful. He immediately sent me a sample ring to see if that is the profile I wanted and he remade the rings for me! I wear them almost daily and I am reminded there are still artisans and business people who do care very much about their clients and making something beautiful for them.
