The earrings are very pretty. I got the Carissa tanzanite and diamond hoops in 1.75 inches. Exactly as pictured. Vijay is very personable and did a good job in communicating with me. I would purchase again.

I do like the earrings

I do like the earrings. One earring opened up about 1/3”, the other complete opened up like 1 inch. I thought the jeweler would have checked that before it was sent. Hopefully I won’t have to have it checked in the future and pay for it. Also, I received an email a few days before I received them that I would have to sign for them. Not the case, they came UPSPS. Confused 🫤

Hi 1) the other one is slightly tight which will become loose after using it couple of times..nothing to worry. 2) Glad you got the item we do take signature required with full insurance so nothing to worry about if lost we get paid for the same and you get a replacement, USPS should have done its job properly but sometime these guys are over worked, usually they are very good. appreciate the feedback. always here if need any thing else. This is the third order I have done with Tri jewels for a gift for my wife in the last couple of years, and as with the first two, their attention to detail, knowledge, designs and customer service cannot be matched. And their prices for the quality are so competitive. I knew after my first order that I would always go to them for all diamond and gold jewelry and still feel that way today.
