Aaron and Vijay mailed me ring sizers to ensure I ordered the right size; Aaron called me to confirm my order; and they followed up via email when rings were sent + tracking information. I would highly recommend TriJewels and would order from them again!

I can’t imagine better customer service…

I can’t imagine better customer service (and a better final product) than what I received from Vijay and team. I bought my wedding band from TriJewels.

After I found a ring online, he immediately called me to capture my vision and kick off the process, and gave me his personal number so we could text and call back and forth. He was responsive at all hours of the day, including weekends. He overnighted me casts and models, even the jewels themselves, so I could ensure everything looked and felt right on my finger. He also sent pics along the way, and took any feedback throughout. He then promptly created my custom ring and overnighted it. This whole process was less than 3-4 weeks from my wedding, and it arrived well in time.

The ring is gorgeous. It’s a good weight, beautifully designed, very sparkly, and overall even better than I dreamt up.

10/10 recommend working with them.

Fantastic Experience

My wife wanted an emerald half eternity band to match with her diamond wedding ring. TriJewels worked very closely with us to design a ring that matched as closely as possible. Customer service and follow-up were superb and the final product was beautiful. Honestly I can not think of any experience working with a vendor originally solely found from online searching that matched their service, attention to detail and honesty (We overpaid initially due to some miscommunication on our part to TriJewels and they refunded the overpayment as soon as the situation was clear). I whole heartedly recommend TriJewels.

Great experience overall. They have my dream ring and they were also able to fabricate a custom made wedding band for us as well. Kind customer service and good communication. We were able to get our rings in a timely manner. And not to mention, impeccable craft and design!

We brought our ring ideas to Vijay and he executed them perfectly. Vijay was enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. What he created is by far, one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. The price he quoted in the beginning is the price he stuck to, so Vijay is true to his word. Due to distance, communication and transactions never occurred in person but it was still timely and convenient. We will continue to work with Vijay in the future.

I have bought four eternity bands now from TriJewels (three for myself and helped my Dad purchase one for my mother). I love all of my rings, and so does my Mom. It’s always been so easy working with Vijay. I even visited their NYC location before COVID-19 to look at the stones before they were set. Very pleased with all of my purchases and will continue using TriJewels going forward. Highly recommend!
