Concierge style service and beautiful craftsmanship

I am seriously impressed by the workmanship, quality and concierge type of service that trijewels delivers. I purchased this engagement ring and a matching wedding band on June 21st and it was resized with a new setting and delivered to me by June 29th. Vijay went out of his way to make the experience an easy and very peaceful one. When you are making an internet purchase like this without seeing the actual product in person, it is always filled with a bit of trepidation, but Vijay's care and his product quality and service eases any concerns. This purchase was far above all my expectations. I will recommend trijewels to everyone I know. They have earned a customer for life.

I was in the market for an engagement ring with a certified diamond in 18 carat gold, for my to-be fiance. I had looked around quite a few sites and shops in my locality as well, but found the broadest range on trijewels.com. The collection was fantastic and working with Vijay was an absolute pleasure.

The price was competitive and the design suited my taste completely. Also the site was easy to navigate and it was fun to try out different custom designs with the "Personalize Ring" section. Eventually the design that I had in my mind was exactly what was provided by his site.

All in all, Vijay is an extremely warm and honest vendor I will be sure to recommend him to everyone I know. The quality of the finish and the personalized customer service has ensured that I will remain a loyal trijewels.com customer for life.
