Had an amazing experience with TriJewlels. I called and asked for overnight shipping on a ring, due to not being able to find this ring anywhere else. Vijay was very helpful, I spoke with him several times via phone. The ring arrived on time as promised, and the ring is BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered an eternity ring from trijewels to give to my wife as an anniversary present. Not only is their selection excellent with very reasonable prices, but their service is absolutely outstanding. Vijay Bhatia could write a book on what constitutes excellent public service. He was quick to respond to my emails and was honest, sincere, and very helpful. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND A BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT

This was the first time I bought from Tri-jewels. I had decided that my husband needed to buy me jewellery for my birthday; and luckily for him, I took matters in my own hands. I saw a beautiful pair of diamond and sapphire earrings at a large retail store, but found the make-man ship not upto the mark, as well as the price a little high.
I emailed the design to Trijewels, and initiated what has been to date the best customer-service I have ever received in my 15 years in the USA. Great care was taken to make sure what I wanted and didn't want, and all the specifications were met.
My beautiful earrings and matching pendant were overnight Fed-exed to me to ensure that I could wear the same on an upcoming cruise. The make-man ship was clean and sharp, the pieces beautiful, and the cost was at least 30% less than retail.The result, a very satisfied and thrilled me, with a gorgeous new set, and a little worried husband, now that his wife has found from where she wants her future birthday and anniversary gifts!
