Vijay and the crew at TriJewels are phenomenal. I didn't really know what I was looking for when I reached out to get an engagement ring. Vijay was very easy to work with and gave great recommendations and advice without being pushy. All communication was clear and responsive which helped made the process easy. My wife loves her engagement ring and the wedding bands they made for us are perfect. My gold band was too loose (my fault) so I sent it back for resizing. I sent it to the wrong address (my fault) but Vijay tracked it down because he's the man. I felt bad about the time constraint (my fault) and was prepared with a stand-in but they magically turned it around in time. The rings themselves are of great quality at a fair price, I felt like the most was made at my budget. Awesome stuff all around.

TriJewels is ahead of their time. They perfected the business of creating masterpieces of fine custom jewelry all online, virtual, before COVID-19 hit us. Vijay and the team made beautiful engagement rings then wedding rings for us. They kept us informed every step of the process and were available 7 days a week with immediate responses to questions. TriJewels has redefined the business of bespoke jewelry design and production. I will never bother going into a traditional brick and mortar jewelry store again even after lockdown ends. If you're looking for quality in addition to a reasonable cost, Trijewels is the place for you. Both my engagement ring and our wedding bands were created by Vijay and his team. Working with them was an incredible experience....it's hard to believe you don't know them personally. One of the best experiences of my life!

I purchased the Arden Trinity Knot ring for my fiance and it is beautiful! I was a little nervous about ordering online; However, Vjay made the process so easy. Very personalized service. Sent sample and ring sizer before ordering. He gave me a timeframe of when to expect the actual ring and was true to his word. I highly reccommend!

I had a great experience dealing with Prina at Trijewels, and the rings are amazing. This is more a place to go if you want exactly what you want and good value than going on the cheap. But it's well worth it - how many chances do you have to get this right? Customer service and quality are top notch.
