I was looking for a wedding ring since I lost mine about 5 years ago. TriJewels caught my eye with a ring that had a Celtic knot design. I ordered it and even though it was a beautiful ring, it was not what I had in mind. No problem. Vijay was most accommodating. We worked together to modify the design to something slightly wider. I returned the other ring and I have to say the new one is fantastic! In a world of overpriced and average quality retail jewelry - TriJewels is a rare find.

Vijay and the TriJewels team proactively and promptly handled every part of my purchase. They were incredibly informative and responsive even outside of regular hours. I ordered an eternity engagement band and two wedding rings and the photos did not do them justice! Complimentary resizing after I selected too small took less than a week door to door even though I live across the country. Thank you for the great service and jewelry to cherish for a lifetime!

I ordered a new wedding band from TriJewels. I was a bit worried about purchasing such an expensive piece of jewelry on line without actually seeing it first. When the ring arrived I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t look quite like the photo on line. I messaged Vijay and he agreed that the engraving could be better. TriJewels paid for the return shipping, remade the ring and sent it back out within a week. The second ring is beautiful and I am very happy with it. I would definitely shop at TriJewels again.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rings we ordered. The most impressive part of this whole experience, however, was the time and attention that Vijay and his staff took to ensure that the sizing of our rings was absolutely correct. Shortly after sending the order, Vijay emailed us to clarify the order and then sent us his own ring sizers, free of charge, just to be sure he was able to get the size perfect. They kept in regular contact with us through the process right up to delivery, which was timely. It is clear they take such pride in their work. The rings were of exceptional quality. Even more impressive was when we asked them to engrave it, they agreed to take back the rings to do so at no charge. Vijay and his team offer one-of-a-kind service despite being "virtual". I recommend Trijewels highly.
